I called smith and son to request a quote on two large water oak trees next to and hanging all over the top of our house and next to our garage. We live in sugar mill subdivision in lake Jackson. Travis Smith answered my call on my first try, and was able to make it out that same day to talk with us about what we could do. My husband and I have lost 7 trees in the last couple years due to over saturation of the ground from rain and they just fall over because the ground is too soft. We were worried because a large tropical storm was about to hit the gulf. People were doing voluntary evacuations, but we believed we were far enough to avoid the surge so we planned to stay, but the trees made that a dangerous chance to take. The winds were already picking up, the storm on its way, and he changed his entire schedule around so he could help us protect our home and lives. He was able to get both trees down on the ground safely and without incident, as well as chopped up and relocated where we needed it. A man of his word, respectful and professional, as well as punctual and communicative. We were very happy and relieved, and even though he had to reorganize his whole week to be able to take them down before the storm hit, he never upped the price as most would have. Will recommend, and use again. He earned it for sure.

These guys take care of all of our lawn care and tree needs.  They are professional as well as punctual and polite.  We have never had any issues with their services.  Travis and Kati are very honest and hardworking people.  I am very glad they take care of our property.
